Diversity

The Diversity Representative supports the university in its endeavours to promote equality within a fair working environment for all its lecturers, support staff and students. She is committed to enabling non-discriminatory structures and social justice at the university and offers anti-discrimination counselling for all university staff and students.

The Diversity Representative provides information on and raises awareness about such topics as:

• social background
• racist structures
• disability and/or chronic disease
• sexual orientation and gender diversity
• religion and belief
• age
• multiple discrimination and intersectionality
• dealing with experienced or observed discrimination at the university
