Consultation

The equality representative gives advice to all members of the UAS Kiel in equality-related issues. Compliance with official channels is not necessary.
For example, the following subjects can be discussed:

• Sexual violence and boundary transgression in university-related situations
• Career support for women
• Gender-neutral language
• HR development
• Gender-neutral organisation of projects and events
